Groot Description
This home is lovingly nicknamed "Groot" which is German for "Great". Groot has a wrap-around deck and a 100-foot dock with a swim platform for easy access when swimming, fishing, or crabbing. Experience active bird life by watching eagles, osprey, and pelicans. Enjoy beautiful water views from every room. There are three bedrooms, two full baths, a large living area with a Smart TV, Xfinity WiFi for internet access, and a fully functioning kitchen that has a refrigerator and freezer, oven and cooktop stove, microwave, coffee maker, Keurig, dishwasher, and ample plates and utensils. There is a washer and dryer on the lower level of the home. The kitchen table seats up to 8 and there is a picnic table on the deck and underneath the deck for outdoor dining. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The home will sleep 6 people in the bedroom space. Groot is pet friendly at no extra charge. Please bring your own linens and towels. There are extra linens and towels are available if needed and there is a washer and dryer. A split-level heating and air system, bedroom AC units, and ample ceiling fans will ensure guests are comfortable. The cost is $225.00 a night during the peak season from May 17th to October 1st. The off season rate of $100.00 a night applies to October 2nd to May 16th. There is a one-time $150.00 cleaning fee for the stay.
